Rachael Manton - Owner, LE, ALP

ASSISTANT COSMETIC LASER PRACTITIONER
Rachael Manton’s dream finally became a reality by opening Malibu MedSpa. Over the last decade, she has worked meticulously to understand the needs and desires of her clientele. Rachael has turned her passion for educating people on how to care for their skin into a rewarding career at the forefront of cutting-edge skin science and technology.
She created Malibu MedSpa to provide an exceptional customized experience for men and women of all ages. She achieved this by creating a facility where quality, luxury, and satisfaction are the main priority, as well as ensuring her care team provides the best services, products, and customer experience available in the industry.
Rachael worked in dentistry before deciding to become an aesthetician, and received her aesthetics license from the renowned Elaine Sterling Institute of Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Care, and Massage Therapy in 2013. She is also certified as an Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner, as well as Plasma MD treatments.
When she is not working hard to help people look and feel their best, Rachael enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
Crystal Meadows - RN, MSN, SLP
REGISTERED NURSE
MASTER OF SCIENCE IN NURSING LICENSED SENIOR COSMETIC LASER PRACTIONER
Crystal Meadows is an Aesthetics Registered Nurse of 13 years. She has a Master’s degree in Nursing, is a licensed Senior Cosmetic Laser Practitioner, and certified in Botox and filler injections, as well as Plasma MD treatments.
Crystal has worked in the cosmetic industry for several years with a focus on weight loss, IV drip hydration therapy, and a variety of other treatments. She is currently working towards her Nurse Practitioner license to be completed 2024, as well as several other cosmetic related certifications.
Crystal is passionate about helping others love the skin they’re in, while achieving their aesthetic goals! In her free time, while she’s not helping others boost their confidence, she loves spending time with her family, playing the piano, and traveling.
Ashley Jones
SPA DIRECTOR
SPRAY TAN TECHNICIAN
CERTIFIED LED LIGHT THERAPY TECHNICIAN
Ashley is the Spa Director and Spray Tan Technician at Malibu MedSpa. She has over 10 years of experience in management. Ashley is double certified in spray-tanning and product theory by SJolie Sunless Tanning with the National Spray Tanning Professional Association as well as Norvell University. She is also a LightStim+ Professional with her certification in LED light therapy.
Ashley is dedicated to a personalized service which ensures a flawless treatment each time. Detail-oriented, passionate, and educated she will have you comfortable in the process and ecstatic about your new glow!
In her free time, Ashley does dog boarding and dog sitting with her husband. She loves spending time and caring for all animals.
Laura Prince - LMT
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Laura Prince graduated from Georgia Massage Institute in Winder in 2009. She practices massage therapy in Jackson County with a focus on Neuromuscular therapy.
Neuromuscular therapy addresses a variety of muscular conditions including plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, tension headache, sciatica, and many others. A combination of myofascial release, cupping, hot stones, and attentive pressure is used to address the clients’ specific needs. Laura also does prenatal massage as well as relaxing Swedish massage.
Molly Colvin - RN, SLP
REGISTERED NURSE
LICENSED SENIOR COSMETIC LASER PRACTITIONER
Molly Colvin is a registered nurse of 10 years who has worked in cardiovascular and critical care units providing care to the most vulnerable patients. In addition to her medical nursing certifications, she is trained in injectables including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as being a senior laser technician and fully licensed to perform a variety of cosmetic medical treatments. Molly is thrilled to be a part of the Jefferson community and serve clients seeking skin wellness and self-care.
Molly spent several years working as a traveling nurse all around the United States. She loves traveling and experiencing different cultures. She also loves spending time with her husband and dogs.
Dr. Lori Lynch, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Lori Lynch, MD received her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Georgia State University, graduating with honors. She attended Ross University School of Medicine to obtain her Medical Doctorate, then went on to a residency program at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.
Dr. Lori first became interested in functional medicine, weight loss, aesthetics and regenerative medicine in 2011, after realizing that the traditional modern medical system often fails to heal patients suffering from chronic disease and lacks focus on preventative care to optimize health, wellness, and longevity. She has completed training at top institutions, such as the Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, to further her knowledge and provide a more comprehensive approach to patient care.
Her primary focus is regenerative and anti-aging medicine for longevity, which includes aesthetic and therapeutic PRP injections, testosterone replacement, sexual rejuvenation, hair restoration, weight loss through her very own Longevity Diet Plan, IV nutritional therapy, and non-surgical face and body lifts through personalized plans including cosmetic injection, microneedling, Radiofrequency, PDO threads, plasma pen therapy, and medical grade skin care.
Dr. Lori employs a forward thinking, individualized approach to practicing medicine and continues to research, educate, and train on the latest regenerative products and techniques available for subtle yet noticeable results. She is passionate about helping patients function optimally and age gracefully utilizing the most natural and least toxic methods possible.
